Cofounders Amitava Mukherjee CEO, Phanindra Jujjavarapu VP of Engineering, and Barry Bomzer VP of Marketing formed RedShift Networks in 2006 specifically with the purpose to enable and protect Unified Communications applications converged voice and data networks. The company’s employees have deep experience in voice, data and security and have worked previously at companies such as Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, HP, Sun, NetContinuum, and many other leading companies. The company is headquartered in San Jose Ca, with an engineering operation in Hyderabad India.

The core engineering team also has deep expertise in the areas of networking product development. Each member of the core engineering team has over 15 to 20 years of experience and was a key contributor in companies such as – Cisco, Netcontinum, Avaya, Ascend, Nortel, Sonims, Maple Networks, VPNet and others.

RedShift also has a world class Advisory board. The board consists of university researchers (professors), key strategists for major VOIP vendors and well-known CEO's from Silicon Valley.
